You will play a vital role in aligning company strategy with operations, working with both internal departments and external partners to drive efficiency and growth.This is an on-site role based at our office in the Hoogvliet/Rotterdam. Remote work is not possible. The position may also require occasional international travel to meet with partners, subsidiaries, or government and legal entities.<h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">Key Responsibilities</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Financial Support: Assist the finance team with budget creation, tracking, and control to ensure effective resource allocation.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Contracts: Negotiate, draft, and maintain contracts with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Process & Systems Management: Implement, maintain, and optimize processes and tools, introducing new systems where needed.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Communication & Liaison: Serve as a key communication point between management, government entities, legal advisors, international partners, daughter companies, and internal/external teams.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Data Analysis: Maintain accurate operational data and perform analysis to support decision-making.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Reporting: Create high-level reports for management, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Forecasting: Support sales forecasting and wishlisting analysis to guide business strategy.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Cross-Departmental Support: Provide operational assistance to all departments, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.</li></ul><h2 class="text-2xl md:text-3xl font-bold mt-10 mb-4 border-b pb-2 text-gray-800">Qualifications & Skills</h2><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Proven experience in an operations, project management, or business support role (preferably within gaming, tech, or entertainment industries).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Experience with contract negotiation and management.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, and data analysis).</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal).
