The Business Development Manager will drive Tactica’s growth by leading new business development efforts. The role involves identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, executing the sales process, collaborating with internal teams, and shaping Tactica’s trajectory in the Ag Tech and Digital Health spaces. Responsibilities include sourcing and managing sales opportunities, executing the sales process, conducting discovery calls, translating client needs into project briefs, maintaining relationships, and staying current on industry trends.

Location: Hybrid – 623 Corydon Ave, Winnipeg (Typically 3 days on-site, 2 remote — flexible) Job Type: Full-time We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to help drive Tactica’s growth by leading new business development efforts. This role is critical to our success—it connects the value we create to the organizations that need it most. You’ll identify new opportunities, engage potential clients, and execute our sales process with our professionally trained sales system during onboarding.
