Job Description

Level Infinite seeks a skilled Overseas 2D Game Community User Operator to manage and grow their community. Responsibilities include developing user acquisition and retention strategies, building a tiered user operation system, creating community engagement activities, and managing community sentiment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in overseas 2D mobile game community operations, a deep understanding of 2D culture and gaming communities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in English, Japanese, or Korean.

Must have:

3+ years' experience in overseas 2D mobile game community operations
Deep understanding of 2D culture and gaming communities
Excellent communication and execution skills
Community growth strategies and user retention plans
Community event planning and execution

Good to have:

English/Japanese/Korean language proficiency
Experience with the entire lifecycle of a mobile game

【Job Responsibilities】

1、社区冷启用户引入策略及用户沉淀运营方案制定，挖掘社区用户诉求，推动社区产品迭代，并落地配套运营策略，实现社区用户规模正向增长；

2、搭建分层用户运营体系，针对用户游戏特性、社区属性及行为特征制定运营规划并落地，通过数据分析及用户调研验证策略效果，提升社区用户活跃度及粘性；

3、社区积分及社交体系搭建及运营，助力社区产品的用户留存、活跃目标；

4、重大节点社区活动策划及包装，完成游戏用户社区认知触达、导流及承接，探索高效用户转化路径；

5、制定有效的舆情监测和管理体系，精准洞察并把控社区舆情风向，快速反应，并能向合作团队输入有效舆情管理建议；

Requirements:

1、3年以上国内或海外二次元手游社群运营经验，有手游完整生命周期的社区运营经验者优先；

2、热爱二次元文化和游戏，2-3款游戏的深度用户，深度游戏社区用户；

3、了解游戏用户社群行为特点和诉求，能判断游戏用户的潜力话题、舆情敏感点；

4、具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行落地能力,善于多线程、跨团队的沟通协作；

5、英语/日语/韩语能力优秀者优先。
