Job Description

SS&C Technologies seek a Senior Technical Associate to join our Financial Crime team at the Basildon offices. This is an essential and exciting position, working within an established team. THIS IS A 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for evaluating, verifying, and processing service requests from shareholders, third-party entities, institutions, broker/dealer operations, or client Fund/Stock groups. Processes mutual fund and/or stock transactions and maintains shareholder records. Has a thorough understanding of mutual fund/stock operations. Accepts, records, processes, and troubleshoots requests from shareowners, institutions, the NSCC, the DTC, and/or broker/dealers. Intermediate level support representative working on semi-routine tasks to support operations. Applies developed knowledge and job skills and follows defined company policies and procedures to complete tasks. Understands when to deviate from standard practice. Requires moderate supervision on daily work and detailed instructions on new tasks.
