Job Description

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is offering a 2025 Summer Internship in Human Resources. Interns will work alongside HR professionals, contributing to various projects across different teams (Compensation & Benefits, Disney University, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering). Responsibilities include supporting HR projects, maintaining personnel records, assisting with recruitment (from interviews to onboarding), and providing administrative support. The internship is full-time for three months (May-August 2025).

Must have:

University student graduating in/after 2025
Excellent English & Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
Full-time availability (May-August 2025)
Hong Kong right of abode

Good to have:

Previous Disney theme park experience

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Interns for Human Resources team. Based on academic background and interview performance, shortlisted candidates will be assigned to one of the team below:

Compensation & Benefits
Disney University (Learning and Development)
HR Operations
Talent Acquisition
Business Partnering

Responsibilities:

Support a variety of HR projects.
Update and maintain required personnel records in systems.
Support recruitment activities, from onsite interview arrangements to onboarding.
Provide administrative support for any assigned tasks.

Requirements:

Current university students graduating in or after 2025, majoring in any disciplines.
Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.
Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.
Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2025.
Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
