Job Description

This internship at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort offers a chance to work within the Marketing team on Consumer Insights & Measurement Analytics. Responsibilities include coordinating with various parties to analyze data from diverse sources (primary research, industry data, Adobe Analytics, corporate data) to identify consumer journey changes. This involves assisting in primary research logistics (questionnaire design, data processing), supporting advanced modeling, data interpretation for strategy planning, and budget optimization. The intern will contribute to identifying leading indicators and mitigating risks. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.

Must have:

Data analysis skills
Proficiency in data tools (Excel VBA, Tableau, Power BI)
Excellent English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
University student graduating in or after 2025
Available for full-time internship (3 months, May-August 2025)

Good to have:

Previous Disney theme park experience
Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Interns for Marketing Team for Consumer Insights & Measurement Analytics.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with various parties to consolidate and analyze data from different sources, covering primary research, industry data, Adobe analytics, corporate-wide data to assist manager / analysts to identify changes along a typical consumer journey, ranging from macroeconomic, consumer sentiment, e-Commerce pattern, guests’ in-resort consumption pattern, to guests’ feedback on park & resort product and promotion
Assist in primary research preparation logistic covering questionnaire design, programming, interviewer briefing, data processing specification preparation and data checking once data tabulation is ready
Support and provide thoughts on advance modelling data input which will results in meaningful output, ensure intact data quality to avoid garbage-in-garbage-out Involved in data interpretation to identify leading indicators for strategy planning, budget optimization and headwind for risk mitigation.

Requirements:

Current university students graduating in or after 2025, majoring in applied mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science or related discipline.
Energetic, pro-active, strong team-players and passionate about Disney to work in fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Knowledge in software or analytics tools to facilitate data consolidation or visualization (e.g. Excel VBA, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between May and August 2025.
Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
