Requirements

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing relevant animation and visual effects work.
• 2D Animation Tools: Proficient in using Spine or similar 2D animation tools.
• Adobe Suite: Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
• After Effects: Skilled in using After Effects or a similar tool for creating animations and visual effects.
• Team Collaboration (Bonus): Experience working in a team environment with both developers and artists, and an understanding of the art workflow for games is a plus, though it can also be learned on the job.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Create High-Quality Animations and Visual Effects: Develop and implement stunning animations and visual effects that enhance the overall game experience, ensuring our games are the best in the industry.
• Produce Reference Material: Generate detailed reference materials for front-end developers, serving as benchmarks for implementing your designs accurately and efficiently.
• Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Continuously learn about the online gaming industry, staying up to date with current trends and understanding what is popular with players to ensure our games remain engaging and relevant.
• Participate in Game Progress Reviews: Engage in regular game progress reviews, providing constructive feedback on the implementation process to ensure alignment with the artistic vision.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other animators, developers, and artists, both in-house and with our partners, to maintain a cohesive and streamlined art workflow.
