Within the Google Procurement Organization, the Global Business Partnerships team works closely with key product area stakeholders to ensure a single, centralized Procurement. In this role, you will oversee and manage the implementation, development, and enhancement of 360 partnership and enablement (balance of trade) initiatives within the procurement function to drive consistency, adoption, and value of key 360 partnership (balance of trade) programs across Google.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. - Collaborate to develop/refine strategies to implement GPO supplier programs across procurement processes including setting goals, objectives, and action plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Support implementation of supplier programs, creating roadmaps, timelines, action plans for initiatives such as 360 supplier partnerships. Engage with internal stakeholders in procurement teams, senior management, Cloud Sales, and cross-functionally to communicate the importance of GPO supplier programs with the intent to foster buy-in and support for program initiatives.
- Partner to develop policies, guidelines, and procedures related to GPO supplier programs. Ensure alignment with legal requirements, industry standards, and corporate values.
- Generate reports/presentations communicating impact and progress of 360 programs to stakeholders, communicate successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Research and implement best practices in supplier management within procurement to identify innovative approaches and industry trends to enhance program effectiveness.
