Job Summary
Job Description
This is a 3D Animator position for the "Love and Deep Space" project (恋与深空), specifically targeting international students for their 2025 recruitment drive. Responsibilities include designing and creating character and scene animations aligning with project style and character personalities; ensuring animation quality and timely completion; assisting team members in improving animation quality; working with motion capture data using MotionBuilder; and collaborating with other teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong art foundation, color theory knowledge, a passion for games and/or film, and a strong creative drive.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in animation or related field
- Strong art foundation and color theory knowledge
- Proficient in 3D animation software
- Experience with motion capture data processing
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

职位描述
1、 根据项目风格、人物性格完成项目中角色及镜头的动画设计制作
2、 负责项目动画的质量和进度，协调和推动工作顺利进行
3、帮助团队其他成员提升动画品质
4、了解动作捕捉流程，使用Motionbuilder处理动捕数据并二次创作
5、制定工作计划并与其他团队紧密协作
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，有扎实的美术专业基础、色彩理论知识，动画专业优先；
2、热爱游戏、影视，有丰富的游戏经验，或对游戏开发有浓厚的兴趣；
3、有强烈的创作欲望，并能准确的表达出自己的设计意图；
作品要求（随简历作为附件上传）：
-设计、绘制作品。静帧作品请提交常见的图片格式(JPG/TIFF/PNG/BMP)，图片压缩率不要太大，以免影响画面质量，请不要提交带图层文件体积过大的PSD工程文件。
-3D作品请提供效果截图或视频，请不要提交原始工程文件。
-动画、序列帧作品请提交常见的视频格式（MP4/AVI/WMV/MOV），视频文件在保证画面质量的前提下可以适当的压缩输出，以免提交文件过大造成传输不便。
