IMERZA is seeking a skilled 3D Production Manager specializing in Architectural Visualization (Archviz) and Unreal Engine. This role involves leading and coordinating teams in 3D modeling and Unreal Engine production for architectural visualization projects. The manager will oversee workflows, ensure project milestones are met, and maintain high-quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing projects, providing feedback, managing timelines and budgets, ensuring quality control, optimizing production workflows, mentoring team members, documenting processes, and developing training materials. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing 3D production teams in the AEC or Archviz industry, strong proficiency in Unreal Engine and 3D modeling tools, and excellent leadership and communication skills.
Must have:
- Lead 3D production teams (Unreal Engine, 3D modeling)
- Review projects, provide feedback, direct solutions
- Collaborate with producers, designers, technical teams
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, resource allocation
- Ensure quality control and adherence to standards
- Implement and optimize production workflows
- Hold quarterly evaluations with artists
- Mentor team members, foster skill development
- Document production processes, ensure consistency
- Develop training material and guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 3D Animation, CS, or related
- Proven experience managing 3D production teams in AEC/Archviz
- Proficiency in Unreal Engine and 3D modeling tools
- Familiarity with real-time rendering pipelines
- Experience with project management tools
- Experience with version control systems
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
- Experience in digital twin technology
- Experience in real-estate marketing visualizations
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Blueprints)
- Familiarity with cloud-based rendering solutions

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage 3D production teams working in Unreal Engine and traditional 3D modeling software for architectural visualization projects.
- Review projects from an artistic and accuracy standpoint, provide feedback and critiques, direct solutions, and re-assign tasks until targets are met.
- Collaborate with producers, designers, and technical teams to define project requirements and production pipelines.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards in all 3D assets and visualizations.
- Implement and optimize production workflows and teams to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Hold quarterly evaluations with artists to provide feedback and listen to any feedback they may have.
- Mentor team members, fostering skill development and professional growth.
- Document production processes and provide guidance to ensure consistency across projects.
- Develop training material and guidelines for new and current employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 3D Animation, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing 3D production teams in the AEC or Architectural Visualization industry.
- Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine and traditional 3D modeling tools (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender).
- Familiarity with production pipelines for real-time rendering and visualization.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and version control systems (e.g., Perforce, Git).
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience in digital twin technology or real-estate marketing visualizations.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Blueprints) for pipeline automation.
- Familiarity with cloud-based rendering or data storage solutions.
