Job Description
As a 3D Artist at Ilyon, you'll be a key contributor to the development of casual mobile games. Your responsibilities will include creating stylized low-poly game elements, high-poly icons and environments, and beautiful textures for gameplay elements. You'll work closely with UI Artists, Illustrators, and other 3D artists to create immersive player experiences. You'll follow concept art and references to model 3D props and environments, optimizing for mobile performance (limited polycount and textures). The role demands proficiency in Blender, Substance Painter, and Photoshop, as well as a deep understanding of design principles, color theory, lighting, and form.
Must have:
- Advanced Blender & Substance Painter knowledge
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Strong design, color, light & shadow understanding
- Mobile pipeline understanding (polycount, textures)
- Game industry experience
- Proficient in English
- Team player

Description
In this role, you will play a key part in developing both 3D environment assets and props for casual games on mobile platforms. As a 3D Artist at Ilyon, you will collaborate closely with UI Artists, Illustrators, and fellow 3D artists to create engaging and immersive experiences for players.
The Role
- Create stylized low poly game elements.
- Create high poly icons and enviorments.
- Create beatutiful textures for gameplay elements.
- Follow a concept art or references to model 3D props and environments for games on mobile platforms.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Blender and Substane Painter.
- Experienced with Adobe Photoshop.
- Great understanding of appealing design, color theory, light and shadow, and form.
- Understanding of mobile pipeline, which includes limited polycount and textures.
- Previous experience working in the gaming industry.
- Proficient in English.
- Team player by nature.
