1、根据项目需求在约定的时间内制作高品质的次世代角色模型
- 负责外包制作的模型反馈和调整修改
- 能根据原画设定高质量的完成次世代角色建模和贴图工作，造型准确，各种材质表达精准。
- 精通3D次世代制作流程，熟练各类主流3d工作软件和U3D引擎，有PBR项目经验或卡通渲染项目经验的优先。
- 工作热情积极，思维活跃，善于沟通，责任心强，性格开朗，具团队协作精神，有较强的抗压能力
- 具有美术团队管理经验的优先
- 热爱游戏，对手游项目有一定的了解，明确适合手游表现的美术手法
