We are looking for a visionary to join our team in Bengaluru, India. We are a small, tight-knit team and the environment will be close to that of a start-up. We wear a lot of hats, brainstorm a lot of ideas and are filled with a passion for all things Fashion & 3D.The main responsibility is to plan customized curriculums, build 3D garments, train users, support client inquiries, and support software developers to fix bugs and give priorities of feature requests.
The role:
You will be trained to become an expert-level user of our software, CLO, but more importantly, will be responsible for all things involving education, customer support and some marketing.
You are the liaison between users and our software development team. You assist clients in translating & highlighting the flexibility and functionality of CLO into real solutions for their unique challenges. You bring your passion for knowledge with you, connecting and inspiring the people you educate.
Responsibilities
- Training Enterprise, Academic users
- Planning and leading seminars and live demonstrations
- Collaborating with the CLO Design Team to bring new projects, events, and ideas to life
- Creating 3D content for: user engagement, social media and various initiatives
- Sales support for the leading brands in fashion, sportswear, and technology.
- Participating in client projects on and off site
- Working with our developers to pitch new functions and applications for development
- Assisting clients with 3D adoption strategy and implementation
- Diploma in fashion design, digital fashion, or any other relevant to fashion, pattern making, and 3D designing. (We can accept undergraduates in their junior or senior year)
- Tech-savvy: we are a software / tech company, candidates must quickly adapt to new software and show proficiency with technology
- 0 ~ max. 2 years of work experience on garment designing from a recognized 3D garment-simulating software company
- 3D max, Maya, MODO, and other 3D modeling skills are pluses
- Willing to work with various companies worldwide.
- Being able to travel around and have a positive, presentable personality to train users from different countries.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to invest long term
- Candidate must have knowledge in English (Hindi and other languages a big plus)
