Job Description

Virtuos is seeking a 3D Environment Trainee to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, starting April 2025. This 5-month training program (2 months basic + 3 months advanced) provides hands-on experience in AAA game development. Trainees will learn industry-standard workflows under the guidance of senior artists, art leads, and managers. Responsibilities include mastering 3D modeling, texturing, and UV unwrapping using software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, and Substance Painter. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in art and graphic design, showcasing a portfolio of both 2D and 3D works.

Must have:

Proficiency in Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender
Experience with Substance Painter
Strong art & graphic design background
2D & 3D portfolio
