Job Summary
Job Description
As a 3D Modeler at Limit Break, you will create high-quality 3D character and environment models for high-end games and mobile games. You will understand project guidelines, utilize your skills to create assets aligning with the game's world, and collaborate effectively. Responsibilities include modeling characters and environments, creating related assets, and potentially leading aspects of production. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with 3D modeling software (Maya, Zbrush, Substance Designer, Substance Painter) and strong communication skills.
Must have:
- High-end or mobile game modeling experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Maya, Zbrush, Substance Designer, Substance Painter
Good to have:
- Motion capture experience
- Unity development experience
- Leadership experience in asset/quality/schedule management

仕事内容
制作タイトルに要求される指針・企画・品質を理解し、知識とスキルを駆使して世界観に合った3Dキャラクターモデルまたは背景モデルの制作を行います。また、キャラクター・背景に関連する各種モデルのアセット制作も担当していただきます。
必須条件
- ハイエンド機向けゲームまたはスマートフォンゲームのキャラクターモデルや背景モデルの制作経験
- 柔軟に対応し、信頼関係を築けるコミュニケーション能力
- Maya、Zbrush、SubstanceDesigner、SubstancePainterなどの3DCG制作ツールの豊富な使用経験
歓迎条件
- モデリング以外にモーションの実務経験
- Unityを使用した開発経験
- 制作パートのリーダー経験（アセット・クオリティ・スケジュール管理など）
