Job Description
As a 3D Live Director at ENILIS, you will lead the production and progress of live events and projects. You will collaborate with producers and team members, bringing your business perspective to create compelling content. Key responsibilities include planning and producing VTuber live events, structuring events to suit various platforms and audiences, managing projects (schedules, budgets, resource allocation), and driving projects through communication with the team and producers. The role also involves creating memorable live experiences for fans.
Good To Have:
- Experience in VTuber model creation
- Experience in broadcasting using OBS
- Experience in creative direction
- Experience in 2D illustration (character art, etc.)
- Enthusiasm for VTubers and a desire to create new content.
Must Have:
- Experience with VRM model setup
- Experience using the Unity editor

【想定している業務】
・VTuberライブやイベントの企画立案・制作進行
・配信プラットフォームやファン層に合わせたイベント構成のプランニング
・プロジェクト管理（スケジュール、予算、リソース調整）
・チームやプロデューサーとのコミュニケーションを通じた企画推進 等
必須スキル
・VRMモデルのセットアップ経験
・Unityエディタの使用経験
歓迎スキル
・VTuberのモデル制作経験
・OBSなどを利用した配信経験
・クリエイティブディレクションの経験
・キャラクターイラストなど、2Dイラスト作成業務の経験
・VTuberに関心があり、自らアイデアを出して新しいコンテンツを生み出していきたいという意欲のある方
