 Space 5 is seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer to join its design team at Space 5. This role will involve working closely with our design team to generate excellent and high-quality 3D imagery and visualizations. The selected candidate should be both creative and technically-minded, to complete the complex task. The candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a deep passion for this industry. Responsibilities <ul><li>Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualize construction projects</li><li>Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible</li><li>Assisting with planning decisions</li><li>Creating both static visualizations and animations/CGI (computer-generated imagery)</li><li>Working with industry-standard design tools and programs</li><li>Visualizing building concepts in various graphic mediums</li><li>Keeping up-to-date with relevant software advances</li><li>Producing high-quality atmospheric visualizations for competition and client presentations</li><li>Modeling 3D forms to a brief using appropriate software applications</li><li>Rendering in 3D StudioMax and post-production in Photoshop </li></ul>
Requirements <ul><li>Proficiency in 3D StudioMax, Lumion, Photoshop, and VRay/Corona.</li><li>Proven experience of 1-3 years.</li><li>Knowledge of Revit / AutoCAD</li><li>The ability to understand and interpret architectural drawings, models, and concepts</li><li>The ability to achieve high-quality outputs in a variety of media</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of the production of images and Illustrations</li><li>A keen eye for detail, composition, and visual narrative</li><li>Bachelor's/Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Interior or a related field </li></ul>
