Job Description

As Channel Strategy Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow Gojek's new channel business. You will work closely with account managers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure Gojek has an optimal Channel Strategy. You will also analyze and solve problems related to Channel management, improve Channel management products, and enhance relationships among Gojek, Driver Partners, and Channel Partners. This role requires a strong understanding of business and technology processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in an ambiguous setting.
Must have:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant sectors like Consulting, Tech, or Product Development
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Great communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong sense of business and tech processes
  • Fast learner, can work in an ambiguous setting
About the Role:

As Channel Strategy Development Manager, you will conduct strategy and planning functions for Gojek’s new channel business. You will work together with the account managers, operations teams, and many other stakeholders to ensure that Gojek has the optimal Channel Strategy. This position combines the rigors of analytical thinking and practical problem solving skills based on grounded insights.

What you will do:

    • Develop business schemes and arrangement to grow Gojek’s channel business
    • Implement and monitor those business schemes to support the growth target
    • Gain understanding of the mechanics of Channel management, and identify pain points to solve
    • Work with stakeholders across functions to improve Channel management products
    • Enhance the dynamic relationships among Gojek, Driver Partners, and Channel Partners

What you will need:

    • A minimum of 5 years work experience in relevant sectors, e.g. Consulting, Tech, or Product Development
    • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
    • Great communication skills both in English and in Bahasa Indonesia
    • Strong sense of business and tech processes
