Job Title: Label Administration Part-Time Temp
A little bit about our team:
The intersection of A&R, Marketing, Business Affairs and Finance, the Administration team at 10K Projects oversees the behind-the-scenes administration process from a business perspective. This includes vendor services, document coordination, accounts payable trouble shooting, creating and maintaining all A&R and Marketing related budget tracking, and handling recording related legal issues and logistics. Further, the department serves as the primary interface between A&R/Marketing/Legal and Production in the creation and release of all commercial and promotional products.
Your role:
If paying attention to detail, anticipating anything that might go wrong, learning from your mistakes, and getting things done sounds just like you, this is your opportunity. You will work behind the scenes, in a fast-paced team environment. This part-time, fully remote, position reports to the VP of A&R Operations. The expected working hours are 10am-4pm PST, Monday-Friday.
Here you’ll get to:
- Process invoices, including the creation of vendors and coding of invoices in our financial systems.
- Communicate with third-party vendors to set them up in our payment system, issue purchase orders, and address invoice-related matters.
- Work remotely while building professional relationships within multiple departments inside the WMG family.
- Support departmental operations by assisting with day-to-day tasks
- Assist in the coordination of artist travel, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation and the tracking of the associated spend, which also includes reconciliation of travel charges and statements.
About you:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets
- Self-motivated and able to complete tasks independently
- Detail oriented, well organized, and focused
- Calm under pressure
- Hard worker for whom no task is too small
We’d love it if you also had:
- Experience in Google Workspace and Excel
- Customer service experience.
- Prior assistant experience including interfacing with high-security clientele/management, booking travel and handling T&E
- Experience with SAP and Concur

Salary Range
$17.28 to $21.50 hourly
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
