Job Summary

Job Requirements and Preferences 

Basic Qualifications 

Minimum Degree Required:  

Bachelor's degree  

Minimum Years of Experience:  

4 to 8 years

Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering & Accounting, Electrical Engineering, Engineering and Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Risk Management, Statistics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Business Analytics, Operations Management/Research, Finance  

Certification(s) Preferred:  

Guidewire Certified in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and /or ClaimCenter, SAFe, CSM  

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:  

Experienced with Development Integration Testing (Component/Feature Testing), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production Acceptance Testing (PAT);  

Evaluating end-to-end integrated systems and recommending action plans;  

Developing and maintaining high-level design plans for logical and technical IT systems architecture;  

Demonstrates abilities and/or a record of success participating in QA/QT engagements providing clients with a program, methodology, tools and templates to capture and classify their application portfolios, analyze functional redundancies, assess performance considerations and calculate total cost of ownership, which includes:  

  • Testing tools certification, SDLC methodology certification (SAFe etc.), Project Management (PMP) Certification, Functional and/or System Test experience; development and review of Test Plans and Scripts, Quality Center and other Testing tools and/or Testing tool certifications; and,  

  • Identification and addressing of client needs: building collaborative relationships with clients, developing an awareness of Firm services, communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner, delivering clear requests for information, demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.  

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:  

  • Utilizing creative thinking and problem-solving skills as well as individual initiative;  

  • Understanding personal and team roles;  

  • Contributing to a positive working environment by building collaborative relationships with team members;  

  • Providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less experienced staff;  

  • Communicating in an organized, knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats to include presenting to senior executives, delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts;  

  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data;  

  • Familiarity with Automation concepts; and, 

  • Working experience in implementing Guidewire Suite solutions;  

Additional Qualification 

  • Flexible to support different US time zones (2:00PM to 11PM / 3:00PM to 12AM / 4:00PM to 1:00AM / 5:00PM to 2:00AM) 
  • Amenable to work in BGC Taguig Metro Manila
