Job Description

As an Academic Graduate Appointee, you will be involved in a significant bioinformatics and protein design project supporting various Laboratory missions. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team to design and analyze high-throughput data to inform protein model development. This role involves the development of custom computational pipelines and tools that support machine learning-based design of proteins. You will develop bioinformatic pipelines, implement scripts for data analysis, assemble training datasets for machine learning, generate data visualizations, assemble reports, present results, document findings, contribute to publications, and perform other duties as assigned.

Must have:

Develop custom bioinformatic pipelines.
Develop and implement scripts for sequence and assay data analysis.
Assemble high-quality training datasets for machine learning.
Generate custom data visualizations.
Assemble reports summarizing key findings.
