Job Description
As the Academic Head for Commerce, CA & CS, you will be responsible for overseeing the academic content development and educational strategies for our specialized courses. This role demands a seasoned professional with deep subject-matter expertise in Commerce, CA, and CS, along with a proven track record in educational leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development:
- Review, and enhancement of educational content for Commerce, CA, and CS courses.
- Ensure alignment with industry standards, exam syllabi, and educational best practices.
2. Academic Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive academic strategy to ensure the highest quality of instruction and student success.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in education to inform strategic decisions.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Establish and monitor academic quality benchmarks, and implement measures to maintain and enhance the quality of education.
4. Student Support:
- Collaborate with student support teams to address academic concerns and implement effective interventions for student success.
5. Assessment and Evaluation:
- Oversee the design and implementation of assessments, including mock exams and practice quizzes, to evaluate student progress.
6. Market Research and Trends:
- Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to inform course development and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Master's or higher degree in Commerce, CA, CS, or a related field.
- CA or CS Qualified with teaching experience of 5+ years is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in educational leadership, curriculum development, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with EdTech platforms and tools is a plus.
