The Accelerated Growth Consultant role at Google Customer Solutions focuses on driving growth for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in Taiwan. Responsibilities include delivering against ambitious quarterly goals, building and managing sales pipelines, establishing strong client relationships, designing effective marketing strategies, and consulting with C-level executives. This role leverages Google's suite of marketing solutions (YouTube, Google Search, Display) to achieve client marketing and business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales, marketing, or consulting experience within the Taiwanese market, fluent in Mandarin and English, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The position demands strategic thinking, effective communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The AGT team specializes in full-funnel strategies for maximizing client ROI and scaling their businesses.
Must have:
  • 5+ years sales/marketing experience in Taiwan
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Strong client relationship building skills
  • Expertise in Google's marketing solutions

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sales, media sales, account management, marketing or consulting within a customer-facing environment (onboarding customers, building and maintaining a business pipeline) and with the Taiwan market.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently in order to communicate with Taiwan domestic businesses.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
  • Experience in hunting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment.
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to move fast, be bold, and grow in a dynamic, fast changing environment.

The Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) is a Sales team designed to grow small and medium sized businesses in Taiwan with significant expansion potential. AGT specializes in building full funnel strategies to increase customer's return on investment, scale customer business base, and make business more profit.

As an Accelerated Growth Consultant, you will be establishing key strategic relationships and consulting to accelerate any type of business, including startups and known brands. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills will shape the next wave of growth for these companies. You will provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis which enable these companies to become market leaders. You will work to persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's highest-potential clients, developing an understanding of how our range of solutions can grow their business.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within Taiwan.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to close partnership with our Marketing teams.
  • Establish relationships and design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer sales experience to drive long-term success for our customers.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Display).
