Job DescriptionThe Access Provisioning Analyst works as part of a team to ensure the successful delivery of all services within Global Service Management team related to the completion of tasks associated with joiner mover leaver (JML) processes, active directory access procedures, audit / compensatory controls, business applications are achieved.
Daily Activities
- Ensuring the services globally delivered by the Access Provisioning team meet or exceed WTW standards.
- Establish processes that ensure the consistent delivery of Access Provisioning task that include the delivery of the following critical functions:
- Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) Tasks:
- Efficiently process access requests for new joiners, employees moving within the organization, and departing employees.
- Ensure timely provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts, adhering to security and compliance standards.
- File share and Active Directory Access:
- Manage access requests for file shares and Active Directory across INT, INTERNAL, and EXT domains.
- Implement and maintain access controls to safeguard sensitive data.
- Public Folder Requests:
- Handle requests related to public folders on the INTERNAL domains.
- Ensure proper access permissions and security configurations.
- Business Applications Support:
- Facilitate access requests and support for business-critical applications, including Eclipse, Exchanging, and the Insurance Portal.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues promptly.
- Review opportunities to drive a more efficient delivery of Access Provisioning that promotes proactive solutions to resolve issues and self-service.
- Participate in service improvement strategies for enhancing the delivery the operations and processes within the organization.
- Assist with initiatives to improve operational effectiveness as measured by quality, resolution time reduction and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the continuous monitoring, improvements, and reporting of service delivery performance.
- Through Geography Engagement activities, support the business in aligning existing or new service. delivery, support solutions to meet requirements and expectations whilst aligning to company strategies.
- Provide required data for regular Service Reviews with key stakeholders.
- Promptly respond to business escalations for service issues or interruption.
- Participate in the completion of Root Cause Analysis activities and adhere to process improvements to further enhance services delivered.
- Collaboration with various Technology and Service Governance teams to ensure that Global Service Management and security principles are effectively delivered in accordance with business expectations.
- Continued awareness of the IT landscape and market for solution insights, direction, vendors, and methodologies to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or similar discipline is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT support technician or end-user support role.
- Established and proven experience as technical support analyst responsible for JML process, Active Directory and Azure administration
- Previous experience working in an IT service environment with a team of advanced technicians.
- Propagate a culture of excellence, openness, communication, and support.
- Assist in the ongoing development and implementation of solutions that are appropriate for the WTW environment.
- Understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles for delivering standardized IT services.
