This is a 6 month opportunity. The role can be worked remotely EST hours.
Accessibility Auditor Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Engineering QA to integrate accessibility (A11y) into manual and automated testing.
- Assist in understanding user experiences with Assistive Technology and A11y Acceptance Criteria (AC).
- Conduct manual tests to ensure A11y AC is met for key feature functionality.
- Guide Engineering QA in testing and validating A11y AC for Web, IOS, and Android apps.
- Support 3rd-Party Audits by reviewing findings, re-testing, and creating A11y user stories and defects.
- Analyze test results for training opportunities, process improvements, and A11y refinements.
- Attend stand-ups and status meetings for project updates.
Accessibility Auditor Requirements:
- Think from an end-user perspective and meet high expectations.
- Experience with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) and assistive technology.
- Interpret and advise on accessibility standards like WCAG 2.0 AA and WCAG 2.1 AA.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, provide leadership, and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with Responsive Web Design, mobile apps, and software development lifecycle.
- Understanding of SAFe environment and cooperation tools like Rally, Teams, and Confluence.

- *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
