The Account Administrator - Publisher and Developer Relations manages assigned partners, monitors operational workflow for content setup and release, reviews digital software assets, and acts as a liaison between publishers and internal departments. Responsibilities include communicating product updates, creating item part numbers, resolving account issues, optimizing systems and processes, ensuring timely releases, coordinating merchandising efforts, and ensuring compliance with NOA policies. The role also involves assisting with system access, troubleshooting software releases, training new team members, and executing order workflows for digital and physical products.

Nintendo’s Publisher and Developer Relations team is responsible for 3rd party content acquisition, account, and portfolio management within North America, with a mission focus on advocacy, ambassadorship, and amplification of quality licensed content for Nintendo platforms.

 

The ideal candidate will have the ability to monitor operational workflow, communicate effectively with internal and external partners, and analyze and resolve publisher account issues. You will display strong critical thinking skills to support continuous process improvements which help optimize systems and processes.

 DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
  • Manages assigned partners. Assists and monitors operational workflow for content set-up, approvals,
    release and changes.
  • Reviews and approves required assets for digital software.
  • Supports contact for publishers and acts as a liaison between publisher and internal departments.
  • Communicates with stakeholders on product updates, release scheduling, and changes.
  • Initiates new item part number creation, set-up and data enrichment.
  • Analyzes and resolves publisher account issues.
  • Supports continuous process improvement activities to optimize systems and process and to increase
    productivity.
  • Works cross-functionally with key partners to ensure timely release of new titles and updates.
  • Coordinates with customer accounts on their participation in merchandising efforts for digital products.
  • Ensures compliance with Nintendo of America Inc. (NOA) policies and procedures.
  • Assists publishers and developers with system access and usability issues (NCMS, IMAS, OMAS, NDP,
    LBD, NOA Portal).
  • Reviews, processes, and troubleshoots physical & digital ecommerce (e.g. eShop, etc.) software releases.
  • Supports training of new product planning team members.
  • Executes order workflow for digital and physical orders.

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of one to two (1 - 2) years of related experience required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Requires basic knowledge of theories, principles and concepts within a job family; has exposure to current
    practices and procedures through coursework or internship.

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
 
This position includes a base pay range of $29.12 - $44.95 per hour, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Please see our  for more benefits information.
