Job Description

Domo is a cloud-native data experience player whose platform, supported by AI, data science, and a secure data foundation, makes data actionable through user-friendly dashboards and apps. The Account Development Manager plays a key role in driving the growth of Domo's software, services, and solutions business. The primary responsibility is to identify and qualify prospects and hand them over to sales representatives by following up on leads generated through marketing activities, approaching new markets and decision-makers, and maintaining prospect data. This role involves outbound prospecting to new customers and target accounts to support sales activities, as well as inbound lead follow-up and qualification to build the sales pipeline.

  • Inside or field sales experience
  • Proven success in new customer acquisition/market entry
  • Consistent performance and tech-savvy
  • Salesforce.com or other CRM experience

職務概要

アカウントディベロップメントマネージャーは、Domoのソフトウェア、サービス、ソリューションビジネスの成長を助ける上で、重要な役割を担います。イベントやWeb経由のマーケティング活動によって創出されたリードのフォロー、新しいマーケットや意思決定者へのアプローチ、アプローチ先データの整備等を通して、見込み客を見つけ、見込み度を精査し、営業担当に引き継ぐことが主な役割となります。 

職務内容

  • 営業活動を支援するために新規顧客やターゲットアカウントに対してアウトバウンドによる見込み客開拓を行うとともに、営業パイプライン構築のためにインバウンドによる見込み客のフォローと見込み度の精査 
  • Salesforce.comのツールを活用し、商談において標準的なプロセスの順守標準的なQ&Aの活用、トラッキング/ディストリビューションルール順守の総合的な管理 
  • 営業担当と情報を交換し見込み客の精度を上げることにより質の高いリードのみを営業担当に引き継ぐ 
  • お客様の現在のビジネスの課題に対してDomoのソリューションがどのようにお役に立てるかを理解いただけるよう支援する 
  • お客様が置かれている複雑なビジネス環境を理解しお客様の潜在的な課題を掘り起こす 
  • お客様の課題を解決することからビジネスチャンスが生まれるシナリオを提案する 
  • スピードが速く常に変化するビジネス環境においてもコンスタントに質の良い見込み客を営業担当に引継ぎ売上に貢献する 
  • 期待を上回る成果を上げることを目指し組織全体の底上げを図る姿勢で職務に望む 

応募資格

  • 見込み客、および顧客に対しソリューションベースの販売プロセスにおける提案経験 
  • 変化の激しいマーケットで仕事をする能力 
  • 社内外のお客様とのコミュニケーションを円滑に行うための高いスキル 
  • お客様とのコミュニケーションを継続できる方 
  • 口頭および書面の両方において、効果的なコミュニケーションが可能な方 
  • 企業目標や個人目標を常に上回ってきた実績のある方 
  • 新規顧客開拓に成功した経験をお持ちの方 
  • 優れたコミュニケーション、プレゼンテーション、および交渉スキルをお持ちの方 
  • 自ら進んで考え、行動し、結果重視思考の方 
  • 新規の見込み客、マーケットを見つけ、見込み度を精査できる能力 
  • ビジネスにおける学士号取得者、または同等の職務経験者 
  • インサイドセールスまたはフィールドセールスの経験をお持ちの方 
  • 新規顧客開拓や新規市場への参入において実績のある方 
  • 過去の職務で一貫して成果を上げてきた方。技術に精通し、自発的に行動し、結果にこだわれる方 
  • Salesforce.com または他のCRM使用経験者
