As an Account Director, New Vertical Sales at Attentive, you will be responsible for expanding and retaining customers within Attentive’s New Verticals customer base, which focuses on non-retail and non-ecomm accounts (Travel, Food & Beverage, Sports, etc). You will lead engagement with customers to find expansion, upsell, and retention opportunities across their entire portfolio. This involves building strong relationships, understanding their challenges, and navigating complex decision-making processes to influence key stakeholders. You will drive renewal conversations, provide accurate forecasts, negotiate pricing, and present data to encourage increased investment. You will work cross-functionally with other internal teams.
