Job Description Summary
Role Purpose:
The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day duties and coordination of campaigns and initiatives. In addition, AE liaise between the client and range of the agency staff in order to coordinate the details of advertising campaigns. AE work closely with clients throughout campaigns ensuring that the campaigns are completed on time and budget.

Job Description:
Key accountabilities:
- Proactive support role for team: most specifically executive and manager
- Working with account supervisor to brief creative, media, PR, research, production with formulation of marketing strategies
- Responds to simple client requests e.g. planning data, service, communicate, and present all clients to attain advertising information between client and agency for the finest work.
- Uses Cascading Style Sheets and other research tools to pull data and insights as requested by the team. Provides supporting work for planning processes
- Collates data for competitor reports, media industry trends, live research
- Follow up either every process of making an advertisement or client’s need
- Keep nice relationship with the client of your account
- Meeting deadlines and managing budget
Qualifications:
Education Background
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
Experiences
- 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or Advertising field
- Excellent command of English - verbal and written
- Online experience and knowledge are benefiting
Tools and equipment used (Professional Skills)
- Computer literacy in MS office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Spectra, Aura (Timesheet)
- Google Trends
