Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will provide quality office support to the sales team, managing media bookings, generating reports, and handling administrative tasks. You will build and maintain client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and create advertising proposals. The role requires an organized, driven, and independent individual with strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, eager to build a media sales career.
Must Have:
  • Assist the sales team with quality office support.
  • Process and manage the placement of media bookings.
  • Generate reports and other associated administrative work.
  • Respond to client requests.
  • Meet and greet with clients at relevant sales functions.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and clients.
  • Work with Sales Executives to identify opportunities for growth from new clients, as well as from current and lapsed client lists.
  • Work with Sales Executives to generate effective and compelling advertising proposals.
  • Accurately set up accounts and process advertising bookings.
  • Manage and deliver campaigns.
  • Provide effective, timely and accurate responses to client enquiries.
  • Self-starter with a commitment to delivering outstanding results and excellent client service.
  • Positive and professional communicator who thrives in a collaborative, results-driven team.
  • Eager to learn and ambitious to build a media sales career from the ground up.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.

Job Description

As an Account Executive you will assist the sales team with quality office support. This will include processing and managing the placement of media bookings, generating reports and other associated administrative work. You will respond to client requests and meet and greet with clients at relevant sales functions.

Our Account Executives are organised, driven and able to work independently to deliver outstanding results and best in market service to our clients. You will work within a fast-paced, high-performing, and energetic sales team who push boundaries and lead the media sales industry.

Day to day you will:

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies, and clients
  • Work with Sales Executives to identify opportunities for growth from new clients, as well as from current and lapsed client lists
  • Work with Sales Executives to generate effective and compelling advertising proposals
