Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for the daily management of assigned accounts, from planning to completion. This role involves being the daily contact between the agency and the client, executing strategies, problem-solving, and building strong business relationships. They provide client service support and manage client projects. They should understand and act on client requests, develop good relationships, be knowledgeable about the client's business, run internal status meetings, write accurate conference reports, and understand key trends and competitor data. The role requires managing client requests and understanding key trends and statistics.

Job Details

Responsible for the day-to-day management of assigned account(s). Manages/coordinates Client projects from planning to completion. May serve as the daily contact between the Ageny and the Client. Effectively executes strategies, problem-solves, and develops solid business relationships. Provides Client service support. Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day execution of client projects.  May serve as the daily contact between client and agency. - Builds relationships at appropriate client/vendor level. - Manages, understands and acts on client requests and needs. Develops and maintains good client and partner agency relationships - Passionate about Client’s business and becomes extremely knowledge about all aspects  of it. - Runs internal status meetings with the ability to keep on track and move projects forward.   - Writes conference reports that accurately reflect the meeting and can be sent to the client with minimal changes.. - Manages, understands and acts on client requests. - Demonstrates a clear understanding of key trends and stats, and can draw conclusions to foster greater team understanding and smarter solutions. - Knows competition and how to gather key competitive data and materials.
