1.协助客户经理负责项目的具体执行工作，从事日常的客户联络、沟通、跟进与协调;
2.参加与客户的沟通会议，编制会议记录，建立并维护客户服务档案，完整、准确的记录服务过程和工作成果;
3.收集、整理和分析行业、客户等相关信息，为项目提供充分准确的信息来源和决策支持；
4.协助项目整体策划并对拍摄项目进行监控和整理评估;
5.与客户及时沟通与交流，准确理解客户的需求推动内部协作团队，促成项目工作按计划执行;
职位要求
1. 性格开朗
2. 工作积极主动，具有团队合作精神和工作责任感
3. 良好的语言表达能力，擅于与客户及内部团队进行沟通协调。
4. 学习能力快，有上进心，能承受工作压力。
5. 熟悉办公软件，熟练使用WORD、EXCEL和PO WERPOINT。
6. 广告传媒、市场营销或相关专业本科及以上学历。
7. 形象好，气质佳
