Job Description

As an Account Executive specializing in Cloud Sales (Service Cloud) at Salesforce, you will be responsible for expanding the "Service Cloud" product line within the commercial sector, focusing on customers with 199 or fewer employees. This role involves developing sales strategies, conducting customer visits, preparing proposals, and managing contracts in collaboration with various internal departments and partners. You will be expected to clearly communicate the value of the product, inspire customers, and act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating expertise in CRM, customer service, contact centers, and field services. The role also offers the opportunity to enhance sales skills and gain experience in business operations within a large organization.
Must have:
  • IT sales experience in business applications.
  • Experience in solution-based sales proposals.
  • Excellent customer management skills with executives and C-level clients.
  • Experience in planning to achieve goals.
  • Experience in identifying and implementing sales opportunities.
Good to have:
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in contact center or customer service-related roles.
  • Experience as an IT solutions evangelist through presentations or lectures.

コマーシャル領域(従業員数199名以下のお客様)に対して、「Service Cloud」製品群の拡販に注力していただくポジションです。
担当領域に対する拡販の戦略策定からお客様訪問、提案、契約までの業務をアカウント担当営業部門、ソリューションエンジニアリング部門、マーケティング部門、インサイドセールス部門、チャネルセールス部門、パートナー様と協調しながら推進します。 Specialist AEとは:
特定アカウントにフォーカスしたアカウント営業(Account Executive)に対して、Specialist AEは製品軸で担当する業界/地域のビジネス成長を実現する営業職となります。
目の前の商談をCloseするための営業スキルを磨くことはもちろん、Generalistとしての視点でビジネスを進めていく経験ができます。

  • ビジネスアプリケーションなどのIT営業経験
  • 課題解決型の提案営業経験
  • ビジネスチャンピオンからCレベルまでを含めた役員クラスのお客様との卓越したカスタマーマネジメント経験
  • 目標達成のためのプランニング経験
  • 商談発掘手段を立案、実施する経験
Preferred Requirements:
  • 口頭、文面、プレゼンテーションの優れたスキル
  • コンタクトセンターやカスタマーサービス関連の業務経験
  • ITソリューションのエヴァンジェリストとして講演等をした経験
