As The Coca-Cola Company’s (TCCC) global production partner, we’re looking for a talented Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Hogarth Worldwide for an incredible career opportunity. Managing the cross-channel communications for TCCC’s full portfolio of brands, you’ll be integral to ensuring and building on the success of our partnership. The Role

As part of the Production Account Management team, this role offers the unique opportunity to work on the largest total beverage company in the world, managing the production scope for the Asean South Pacific (ASP) region, working with a diverse set of clients and seeing projects through end-to- end. 

This role is pivotal to the smooth running of the TCCC account with focus on delivering excellency in production quality and high levels of client service.

Reporting lines and critical stakeholders

This role reports to the Cluster Lead (based in Singapore) and Campaign Lead (based in Bangkok) and will collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Key day-to-day project contact with lower to mid-level clients:

  • Traffics the work into the studio and keeps projects on track factoring in studio resources, feedback/revisions and material deadlines
  • Works closely with internal teams across various functions (e.g. Broadcast, Print, Digital, Language Services) ensuring all members are aware of deliverables, specs and timeline and budget
  • Manages project workflows with clients and can clearly articulate the project status at all times and present a Production POV; delivers against approved budget and committed timeline
  • Owns day-to-day administration throughout the project lifecycle; meticulously updates and maintains Project trackers and Finance sheets, and closely works with the Finance team to reconcile estimates to actuals, resolve budget discrepancies if required and close jobs
  • Maintains multiple internal and TCCC-own platforms
  • Organises and/or attends internal and client meetings/calls; shares agendas, participates actively, re-caps meeting outcome/shares meeting reports
  • Collaborates with other agency partners (e.g. creative, shopper, media, social & influence) and vendors to obtain assets/working files, schedules, technical specifications and copy dates

You will also respond to generic requests related to our production scope. This may include material requests, collating information needed for client reports and presentations or providing administrative support to the team as required. 

Requirements

Communication & Collaboration 

  • Consistent display of a professional, calm, approachable demeanour
  • Strong communication skills; native Thai speaker; fluent oral and written English is a must (other languages desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Active listening – being sensitive and responsive to client’s needs and concerns
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, muti-disciplinary agency environment and working with remote teams
  • Ability to identify quality, budget or timeline issues and proactively propose actions to remove them or escalate to senior team members

Processes

  • Multi-tasking will be the order of the day - prioritization, organization and time-management are indispensable
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • A good understanding of video, print and digital production process, coupled with the continuous hunger to deepen/broaden production knowledge
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Understanding of and adherence to commercial compliance procedures
  • Attention to detail is a must for production excellency
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • Ideally 1-2 years of experience in account management or project management working in a video, print or digital production; experience servicing international/regional accounts, and/or a diverse set of clients or stakeholders is of advantage
  • Fresh graduates will be considered if prior internship experience in agency environment
