ElevenLabs seeks a Senior Account Executive to establish its presence in the Japanese market, focusing on media/publishing and gaming industries. Responsibilities include building and managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue goals. The role demands a deep understanding of the target industries, strong sales performance tracking, and collaborative work with the Growth team. Success requires a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced SaaS environment, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.

About the role

We’re looking for a first Sr. Account Executive to launch business in Japan. A highly motivated, self-starter who is passionate about voice technology and how it is changing businesses. We don’t just sell a product or custom-level solutions; we are partnering with enterprises to help them generate new experiences and monetisation opportunities at scale with our breakthrough voice technology. In this role you will:

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of new enterprise accounts in the media/publishing or gaming industry to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.

  • Identify new business opportunities in the media/publishing or gaming space that align with ElevenLabs’ product offering and roadmap.

  • Generate leads, negotiate contracts and close sales in collaboration with the Growth team.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the media/publishing or gaming industry.

  • Be responsible for KPI and sales performance tracking, providing weekly updates to the wider ElevenLabs team.

What you bring

  • Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

  • 5-7 years of previous experience in sales in a SaaS organisation.

  • Expertise or willingness to learn everything about media/publishing or gaming industry and how ElevenLabs’ solution can help.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

  • A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritises client satisfaction & scale.

  • Plus: Proficiency in French, German, Chinese or Japanese.
