Job Description

This Account Executive role focuses on new business sales within Google Customer Solutions. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and building a pipeline of new clients to closing deals and maintaining client relationships. This involves outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, pitching, and relationship management. The role requires fluent communication in both English and Arabic to support client management in the specified region. You will consult with clients to achieve their online marketing and business goals using Google's marketing solutions (YouTube, Google Search, Shopping, Display Network, and App Promotion). Collaboration with internal teams (Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency, and Marketing) is crucial for success.
Must have:

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in new business sales and exceeding quota attainment.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in building a pipeline from inception through comprehensive planning and execution.
  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
  • Ability to independently take initiative, be comfortable with ambiguity, and with the ability to grow in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the whole business cycle as an experienced professional for the new business acquisition from early stages to closing the customers and managing the relationship after closure to ensure the customer satisfaction, performance, and increase opportunities.
  • Prospect and build a pipeline of new business by identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in close partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency, and Marketing teams.
  • Acquire business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
  • Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (i.e., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, and App Promotion).
