Job Summary

Job Description

This Account Executive role focuses on new business sales within the Israeli market. Responsibilities include managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and building a pipeline to closing deals and maintaining client relationships. You will leverage Google's marketing solutions (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, App Promotion) to help clients achieve their online marketing goals. This requires strong communication skills in English and Hebrew, experience in the Israeli market, and a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of online advertising and be comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Must have:
  • 2+ years new business sales experience
  • Exceeding sales quotas
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew
  • Israeli market experience
  • Google marketing solutions knowledge
Good to have:
  • Pipeline building experience
  • Local market knowledge (digital & traditional media)
  • Online advertising industry understanding
  • Cross-functional team collaboration skills

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in new business sales and exceeding quota attainment.
  • Experience in working in the Israeli market or with Israeli businesses.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in building a pipeline from inception through planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
  • Ability to be independent, comfortable with ambiguity, and grow in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the whole business cycle for the new business acquisition from early stages, to closing the customers, and managing the relationship after closure to ensure the customer satisfaction, performance, and promote opportunities.
  • Prospect and build a pipeline of new business by identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency, and Marketing teams.
  • Acquire business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
  • Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (i.e., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion).
  • Design marketing strategies using product experience to drive long-­term success for our customers.
