The Talent Account Executive role at Rippling offers a unique opportunity for ambitious Account Executives to manage high-velocity and strategic sales cycles. Working closely with the Account Management team, you will identify cross-sell opportunities within the customer base for Talent products. Responsibilities include driving revenue from discovery to close, managing Salesforce pipeline, conducting product demos, consistently achieving quota, and acting as a product expert. This role requires a blend of sales acumen and strategic thinking to navigate complex sales processes.
Must have:
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue from discovery to close.
  • Manage Salesforce pipeline for accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Conduct sales calls with presentations and detailed product demos.
  • Consistently close business and achieve quota attainment.
  • Act as a product expert, understanding competitor landscape.
  • Possess a BA/BS Degree.
  • Have 3+ years sales experience in SaaS B2B talent solutions.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of sales success (top 10%).
  • Experience with current install base in high-velocity environments.
  • Experience selling ATS, Performance management, or HCM/HRIS products.
  • Comfortable with full-cycle sales motion, including outbound prospecting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Courage to challenge the status quo and fix issues.

About the role

The Talent Account Executive role at Rippling provides an extremely unique opportunity -- we’re looking for talented and ambitious Account Executives who can both manage a high velocity sales cycle while also navigating a very strategic sales process. Working closely with the Account Management team, you will identify opportunities within our customer base and manage the end to end sales cycle.

What you'll do

  • Work closely with Account Management team to identify cross sell opportunities within our customer base for our Talent products and drive revenue for Rippling at all points of the sales cycle, from initial discovery call to close
  • Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue
  • Run sales calls with short deck presentation and detailed product demo
  • Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently
  • Act as a product expert and understand our positioning across the competitor landscape

What you’ll need

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 3+ years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B talent solutions
  • Proven track record of success (top 10% of sales org)
  • Experience working with a current install base in a high-velocity environment
  • Experience selling ATS, Performance management software and/or familiarity with HCM/HRIS related products
  • Comfortable running a full-cycle sales motion; including outbound prospecting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
