Job Description

This team helps FMCG, Pets marketplace sellers and brands succeed by guiding them through store setup, performance optimization, and campaign execution. The role involves delivering impact on merchant growth by acquiring and helping sellers succeed, and ensuring best customer experience. Responsibilities include acquiring and incubating brands, building merchant relationships, discovering collaborative opportunities, maintaining service quality, and managing merchants through scalable programs.
Good To Have:
  • Having Pet category exposure
  • Direct experience/working relationship with seller from relevant industries
  • Experience with selling through content/live-streaming
Must Have:
  • Acquire and incubate brands, principals and big merchants.
  • Build and maintain relationship with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality.
  • Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plan and build JBPs.
  • Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage merchants by leveraging scalable incubation and management programs and tools.

In this role you will be responsible in delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service.

  • Acquire and incubate brands, principals and big merchants that contribute large GMV share
  • Build and maintain relationship with merchants, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign or seasonality
  • Discover new collaborative opportunity fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plan and build JBPs
  • Maintain service quality provided by seller - low cancelation and return rate, shipping LT, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction
  • Manage merchants by leveraging scalable incubation and management programs and tools

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with eCommerce industry
  • Familiar with FMCG Brands

Preferred Qualifications

  • Having Pet category exposure would be a plus
  • Direct experience/working relationship with seller from relevant industries
  • Experience with selling through content/live - streaming
