Job Description

The Account Manager (客户经理) will assist the Client Director in project execution, handling daily client communication, follow-up, and coordination. Responsibilities include participating in client meetings, monitoring project progress, gathering and analyzing industry and client information for decision-making, assisting in project planning, monitoring and evaluating filming projects, and ensuring timely communication with clients to understand needs and facilitate internal team collaboration for on-time project completion. This role requires at least 3 years of experience serving fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies, with preference given to candidates with dairy product experience.
Must Have:
  • 3+ years FMCG experience (dairy preferred)
  • Independent client management
  • Team management (internal/external)
  • Strategic thinking & plan creation
  • Strong communication & coordination skills

1.协助客户总监负责项目的具体执行工作,从事日常的客户联络、沟通、跟进与协调;

2.参加与客户的沟通会议,跟进项目进展;

3.收集、整理和分析行业、客户等相关信息,为项目提供充分准确的信息来源和决策支持;

4.协助项目整体策划并对拍摄项目进行监控和整理评估;

5.与客户及时沟通与交流,准确理解客户的需求推动内部协作团队,促成项目工作按计划执行;

职位要求

1. 3年以上服务快消品经验,有奶制品服务经验者优先

2. 能够独立应对客户,能很好地管理团队(内部、外部)完成项目

3. 具备一定的策略思考能力,能够和策略配合完成相关策略方案输出

4. 能够独立撰写传播策划案
