Account Manager

Robot Cache is looking for a dynamic, well-versed account manager to interface with our publisher and developer community with the goal of maximizing each company’s presence and opportunity within the Robot Cache ecosystem. 

ROLE: Account Manager, Robot Cache  

MENTOR: Chief Marketing Officer & EVP of Business Development 

YOUR DAY: A vital role within the company to meet and exceed our partners expectations from account onboarding to maximization of sales. Excellent communication across the board by working cross departmentally will ensure proper execution as requirements are well documented and presented as value back to each partner. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:

• Existing accounts are maintained and expanded, and new ones consistently cultivated 
• Reports are developed and delivered to each partner for transparency and visibility 
• Accounts are managed in accordance with established company policies and procedures
• Regular feedback of industry news, trends and changes in the market is relayed back to the team
• Managing up so the team is appropriately informed of issues, various activities, and competitive conditions
• Recommendations for product development, placement, and promotions are made as appropriate
• Routine travel required to attend industry tradeshows and partner offices 
• Ability to conduct presentations and command a room to sell the value of Robot Cache 

YOUR SPECIAL SAUCE:

• Creative thinking to solve problem and offer new solutions and features for the platform that meet partner needs 
• Thorough understanding of our technology and an ability to explain difficult subject matter
• Excellent working relationships built on trust and integrity, rapport developed
• Excellent written communication as our partners are all over the world, openness to flex hours to accommodate early morning calls with
• Europe and late-night calls with Asia

YOUR HARD SKILLS:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, in gaming preferred
• Bachelor degree 
• Experience in a diverse set of software platforms including analytics and financial reporting 
• Experience working for eCommerce companies is a plus
