Starting 2024, the LSEG Customer Connect (LCC) team is rapidly growing its Sales and Account Management footprint in Poland and Cairo to maintain deep customer relationships to drive revenue retention and growth.
We are looking for a new SWAT Account Manager to join our team with multifaceted strengths to handle a dynamic book of business of clients in EMEA – spanning across various customer segments.
The aim of the Account Manager is to manage a client portfolio, with the goal of ensuring client retention and revenue growth. The SWAT Account Manager will need to rapidly adjust to and engage with a frequently changing portfolio; the role requires to be quick and adaptable while working with a new set of clients every few months. The role supports the wider organisation in addressing gaps in Account Management coverage of our client base. We are looking for fluent German speakers.
