Job Description

As an Account Manager (Global or Japan Strategic Accounts) at PlayStation, you will serve as the primary business contact for partner companies. Key responsibilities include relationship management with major Japanese game software publishers and developers, identifying synergies between client needs and PlayStation goals, leading projects involving internal and external stakeholders, soliciting game software for PlayStation platforms, promoting PlayStation business opportunities to clients, and coordinating with global teams and various departments to ensure successful game launches and maximize sales. This role involves collaboration with a global team of approximately 40 members, working across various locations including the US, Europe, and Asia.
Must have:
  • 3+ years experience in entertainment or IT
  • Partner relationship building & business collaboration
  • Business-level English (written & spoken)
  • Business-level Japanese (N1 or equivalent)
Good to have:
  • Game/entertainment industry experience
  • Data analysis skills

パートナー企業とのビジネス窓口として、主に以下のお仕事をご担当いただきます。
・主に国内の大手ゲームソフトウェアパブリッシャー・デベロッパー(=取引先)とのリレーションシップマネジメント
・取引先ニーズと当社目標の合致点見極め、社内外の関係者を巻き込むプロジェクト主導
・取引先からPlayStation向けのゲームソフトウェアの誘致
・取引先に対してPlayStationのビジネス機会の訴求
・グローバルチーム、幅広い関係部署と連携し、ゲームソフトウェアの確実な発売と売上最大化ビジネスのコーディネーション
 
 
■組織・職場紹介 / About team and organization
グローバルでマネジメント含めて約40名の、PlayStation向けゲームソフトウェアを開発、販売するパートナーとのビジネス窓口業務を担う組織です。
欧米日亜それぞれにアカウントマネージャーを設けており、本社や現地ブランチとの窓口業務、商談・交渉・説明の実施、また社内のグローバルリーダーシップへの連携・報告を行っています。
グローバルリーダーシップのもと、世界中のビジネス規模の大きなゲームパブリッシャーおよびデベロッパーとのビジネス窓口として社内外の連携を行い、パートナーとPlayStationの双方のビジネスを支える役割を担っています。
 
 
■求められるスキル・技術領域 / Skills and Qualifications
【必須(MUST)】
・ゲームを含むエンタテインメント業界、IT業界で3年以上の業務経験
・パートナー企業とのリレーション構築、およびビジネスの協働推進に関するご経験
 
 
【歓迎(WANT)】
・ゲーム、エンターテインメント業界での経験もしくは知識
・データ分析能力(データからインサイトを見い出し、報告・商談に活かすことができる)

【英語】
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(Writing、Speakingともに)
【日本語】
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力(日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上)
