Job Description

The Account Manager III at Google Cloud will focus on upselling Google Workspace to existing customers and working with reseller partners to expand business. Responsibilities include cultivating Workspace usage and customer satisfaction, liaising with marketing and product teams, and identifying upselling opportunities. The role requires fluent English and French communication. This position is within the SMB team, targeting small and medium-sized businesses. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, client relations, or account management, preferably with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools. Success will depend on understanding customer needs and driving business growth within the Google Cloud ecosystem.
Must have:
  • 4+ years in sales/client relations/account management
  • Fluent English and French
  • Experience selling to SMBs
  • Google Workspace expertise
  • Upselling and partner collaboration
Good to have:
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM
  • Experience translating analysis into business plans
  • Experience selling through resellers

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in one or more of the following: sales, client relationship, or account management.
  • Technology sales experience focused on developing relationships with current business customers and growing their spend.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in translating analysis and insights into business plans.
  • Experience in executing email campaigns through marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Experience in Google Workspace or promoting productivity tools.
  • Experience in SaaS promoting to Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and mid-market customers.
  • Experience in selling with and through resellers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.

As an Account Manager, you will help to develop the business, bring Google's portfolio into SMB companies around the world, and manage complex customer and stakeholder relationships with ease.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to upsell Google Workspace products to the existing Workspace customers.
  • Work with reseller partners to generate business opportunities through the partner channel.
  • Cultivate Google Workspace usage, adoption, and customer satisfaction over the phone with customers.
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product teams to improve the overall experience.
