Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in San Antonio, TX. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role focuses on supporting incoming multinational clients from Marsh's overseas offices who need U.S. insurance coverage. The core responsibilities will include ensuring effective onboarding, marketing, and communication with both U.S. clients and overseas teams. This involves leveraging your professional experience to recommend effective risk mitigation strategies, collaborating with senior Account Managers to retain and grow business, and maintaining strong relationships to deliver exceptional service and adapt to market changes and compliance standards.

We will count on you to:

  • Focus on multinational business, specifically supporting clients from Marsh's overseas operations who require insurance coverage in the U.S.

  • Operate within the global commercial insurance marketplace while maintaining relationships with overseas offices and the clients in the US and abroad. 

  • Support clients by determining the scope of work needed in the US and identifying the necessary Marsh resources needed to meet the client objectives.

  • Marketing the US insurance program while ensuring direct communication with U.S. clients and coordination with overseas teams in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. 

  • Utilize professional experience to perform essential client functions, such as evaluating risks and reviewing client needs.

  • Retain and generate new business by leveraging strategic information and managing contract reviews and midterm adjustments.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive growth, while staying informed about market changes and compliance standards.

What you need to have:

  • 5+ years of insurance broker experience

  • Property & Casualty license

  • Proficient in MS Office
