Job Description

This Account Manager role focuses on growing advertising business across channels using data-driven recommendations aligned with customer objectives. Responsibilities include helping clients understand Google solutions and marketing trends, planning and optimizing digital campaigns, collaborating with clients and agencies to build relationships and drive growth, analyzing data trends for strategic planning, and partnering with account teams to create long-term growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, or marketing and fluency in English and Slovak/Czech. The role involves developing and executing strategies to help large clients achieve their advertising goals using Google's suite of products.
Must have:

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Slovak/Czech fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with business techniques including effective questioning, and objection handling.
  • Experience managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship, and servicing.
  • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders through thought leadership.
  • Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Grow advertising cross-channel business growth through data-driven POVs and recommendations that align with Customer Business Objectives.
  • Help customers understand the value of Google solutions and marketing trends in order to plan, buy, optimize, and measure their digital marketing campaigns in order to drive business success.
  • Collaborate and consult with customers and their agencies with the goal of extending relationships, growth, and optimizing advertising.
  • Analyze data trends and consumer insights to develop strategic plans and prepare compelling narratives to drive growth.
  • Partner with account team members and cross-functional partners to drive business opportunities that build long-term growth.
