Job Description

The Account Strategist at Google Customer Solutions will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering outstanding experiences to Google's advertisers in Ukraine. This role requires fluent communication in English, Ukrainian, and Russian to manage client relationships effectively. Responsibilities include exceeding quarterly goals, building and managing sales pipelines, establishing relationships with clients via phone and email, designing effective marketing strategies, consulting with C-level clients, and utilizing Google's marketing solutions (YouTube, Google Search, Display Network) to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • 2+ years in advertising/sales/marketing
  • Fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian
  • Client relationship management
  • Strategic planning & execution
  • Meeting/exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with marketing campaigns
  • Start-up experience
  • Experience in a media sales context
  • Consultative selling experience

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Ukrainian, and Russian fluently to manage client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
  • Experience in hunting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment.
  • Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
  • Ability to move fast and grow in a dynamic, fast changing environment.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers in Ukraine.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to close partnership with our Marketing teams.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer sales experience to drive long-term success for our customers.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through utilizing the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Display Network platforms).
