Job Description

This Account Strategist role at Google Customer Solutions focuses on mid-market sales, requiring fluent English and Hebrew communication. Responsibilities include delivering on quarterly business growth goals, managing a portfolio of businesses, proactively pitching and consulting with customers, driving customer growth through exceptional service, and managing stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media and a strong understanding of digital advertising campaigns, performance marketing, and online marketing strategy. They will also demonstrate excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills. The role involves setting the vision and strategy for client advertising to reach a wide audience.
Must have:
  • 5+ years experience in advertising sales/marketing
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew
  • Digital advertising campaign management
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Meeting sales quotas and driving growth
Good to have:
  • Experience with performance marketing
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy
  • Strong narrative and storytelling skills

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
  • Ability to communicate in Hebrew and English fluently to support client relationships in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Experience in assessing and achieving client success by sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged promotions.
  • Knowledge of online marketing strategy.
  • Ability to demonstrate and build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
  • Ability to demonstrate and own a portfolio in an advertising or media business context in region and meet quotas to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against aspiring quarterly business growth and product growth goals.
  • Own a portfolio of businesses by understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
  • Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
  • Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer business experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives. 
  • Manage stakeholder, build relationships with the customer or agencies.
