Summary

As a Mid-Market Sales Account Strategist at Google, you'll build and manage client relationships, understanding their business challenges and marketing objectives. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project completion, achieve business growth goals by presenting Google's advertising solutions, and develop data-driven analyses and recommendations. This role requires proficiency in Google Advertising products and a consultative approach to help clients meet their marketing objectives. You will be responsible for proactive relationship building, delivering successful business outcomes, and driving incremental business generation agreements using Google's advertising solutions. The position demands excellent communication and analytical skills, fluency in Swedish and English, and a deep understanding of online media. You'll work with clients to develop advertising strategies that reach thousands of users and improve campaign performance, while acting as an advocate for Google.
Must have:

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in Swedish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a business related field.
  • 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.

Your knowledge of online media combined with communication skills and investigative abilities enable you to design transformative media strategies for growth based on the customer objectives. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will provide excellent solution selling, partnership management, and analysis to deliver successful business outcomes. Using your commercial acumen, you will uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and achieve their objectives while driving incremental business generation agreements through our industry leading advertising solutions.

  • Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
  • Plan for, and achieve, business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives. 
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
