Easybrain is looking for a skilled Accountant/Bookkeeper to join their accounting team. Responsibilities include maintaining the general ledger, managing daily financial transactions, bank reconciliations, assisting with payroll, managing accounts receivable and payable, participating in administrative tasks (like invoice issuance), assisting with yearly internal and external audits, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, fluency in English and Greek (Russian is a plus), and good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. SAP Business One knowledge is advantageous.
Must have:
- 5+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance
- Fluency in English & Greek
- Excel & Google Sheets proficiency
- General ledger maintenance
- Bank reconciliation
- Accounts payable/receivable management
Good to have:
- Russian language skills
- SAP Business One knowledge

Job Details
Easybrain is currently looking for a skilled Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our accounting team, who will take part in the accounting and reporting of the Company and maintain a good operating environment for the department.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the company’s general ledger;
- Managing/recording day-to-day financial transactions;
- Reconciling bank statements to the general ledger;
- Assisting with payroll tasks;
- Managing accounts receivable and payable;
- Participating in administrative tasks, such as issuance of invoices;
- Assisting with yearly internal and external audit;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures;
- Any other ad-hoc reports that might be requested.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as an accountant/bookkeeper;
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field;
- Fluency in English and Greek is a must. Russian language will be considered an advantage;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets;
- Knowledge of SAP Business One software will be considered an advantage.
